Police are appealing for information after thousands of pounds of damage was caused. Officers are investigating a burglary at a property on Clarendon Drive, Edgehill Park, Whitehaven at approximately 10pm on Thursday January 14. Unknown suspects entered a secure property, which is under construction, and caused damage to walls, pipes and windows within. The estimated cost of the damage is between £2,000 and £3,000. Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 and ask to speak to PC 2943 Smith or quote incident number 188 of 14 January. MARK JORDAN SMITH, 22, of Wharton Road, Oxford, admitted racially aggravated harassment towards a police officer in Faringdon on August 21 as well as obstructing and resisting a police constable in execution of duty in Faringdon on October 21. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay compensation of £125, a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.
MASON FERRIS ARNOLD, 20, of Ferriston, Banbury, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, on October 22 in Banbury. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

Dallas police said the vehicle was owned by Harris girlfriend.

An arrest warrant affidavit shows that Harris was involved in a wreck hours later in a Ford Taurus that matches the description of the car used in Urrea s killing. Investigators found a fired cartridge under the passenger seat, records show.
Gas Monkey Bar ‘n’ Grill announced this week that it will be closing its doors through the winter in response to the ongoing pandemic. According to the venue’s website, “Ticket buyers for any show that will be canceled will be contacted through email and fully refunded.” The venue intends to reopen in 2021.
