A Port Angeles woman charged with stealing a Clallam Transit bus and driving it nearly to Shelton will be in Clallam County Superior Court again on May 17 as her defense attorney works to get her into mental health court.
The Clallam Transit System saw a big jumps in ridership last month, according to General Manager Jim Fetzer, but it was too early to tell if those numbers were a result of the new zero-fare pilot program that kicked in Jan 1.
