Councillors in Aberdeen have agreed to freeze council tax for the coming year - as they also set out plans for a £150 million regeneration focused on the city centre and beach area.

Fire crews were called to the scene at around 11.50pm.
Sergeant Terence Brady said: Fortunately no one was injured but damage was caused to the property and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances. Anyone with information about what happened or who may have seen something suspicious is asked to contact us on 101, quoting incident 3713 of Wednesday March 10.
