Sense it escalated into this police say 47 year old Barney Fraaken shot and killed his 42 year old wife amy and his 16 year old daughter amber. Amber was a sophomore at central campus alternative program. And according to recent facebook posts made by barney, he and amy were having relationship issues. The department is suing sac, calhoun, and buena vista counties over high nitrate levels in iowa rivers. It says that farm run off there is affecting the Drinking Water coming from the des moines and raccoon rivers.
