It happened in a Single Family home near the intersection of hubbell and douglas avenue. There was no one was inside house when crews arrived on scene, but smoke was pouring out of basement and has caused extensive damage in the home. Officials say todays high winds did not contribute to the fire. Amanda ots a change is coming to the dowdupont headquarters in johnston just this morning, the recently merged Company Released a statement saying the Corporate Headquarters will be moving to delaware, while two Global Business centers will remain in johnston and indianapolis. While exact changes in staffing numbers have yet to be announced, the move will certainly have an impact on johnstons economy. The week revealing what theyve learned over the past several months through hearings. Despite no decision, some as though it would be approved. But even now Board Members are getting more both sides of the issue. Making the decision even more difficult. Geri huser, iowa utilities board its a struggle. I dont like that part of this process. Amanda Board Members say, regardless of their decision, these companies will want to transport crude oil. Those local five has spoken with say the board is being very deliberate throughout this whole process. Includi ng taking the right steps to come to a decision. Today of webster county. Lucas yesterday 22 yearold fort dodge resident torray mosley pled guilty to multiple felony charges surrounding a november shooting that seriously injured one man. It happened on november 27 of last year, outside of sneakers eatery and pub in fort dodge when mosley shot Damal Clayton in the legs. Mosley has been charged with willful injury causing serious injury and possession of a firearm as a felon with armed with intent. Mosley was on probation at the time of these offenses for bringing marijuana into a detention facility. Hell serve a total of 20 years in prison lucas its the big story in court. The prosecution in the fazzino trial brought six more witnesses to the stand thursday. Lucas the case centers around the 2012 death of emily fazzino. Her husband, alexander, facing murder charges in her death. She was found dead in the bathtub of her boone county home. He says she fell and drowned, and had a Prescription Drug problem. Im amanda krenz amanda the man police say went on a shooting spree through Pleasant Hill neighborhoods last year took the witness stand in his own trial yesterday. Amanda pete polson told the jury hes been battling drug abuse since the early 2000s and was clean for awhile. The 33 year old said thats until he relapsed near halloween of last year. He lost his job, girlfriend and started using meth again, including using the night before the shooting took place on november 17th. Polson told the jury he doesnt remember shooting at the three victims. He didnt realize anything until the officers arrested him that morning i just know i would never intentionally do any of it, im sorry form the bottom of my heart, i apologize, its i wish i wouldve
