CJI Lalit, who used to be the Executive Chairperson of the National Legal Services Authority, was addressing the convocation ceremony for the final year law students of National Law University, Cuttack, Orissa.
Instead of felicitating Chief Justice of India (CJI) UU Lalit with bouquets and mementos, the Maharashtra government should felicitate him by allocating land for the new Bombay High Court complex, Justice AS Oka said.
