These endowments are in the sights of the republicans because they would like to get rid of them. Mister chairman, this is a good amendment but the one thing thats missing is a sentence calling for increase in the funding of these endowments. We are getting less money now than when obama came into office the cause of the sequester and i dont know if its possible to add a sentence. So. Hang on. If you can give us 45 minutes at the session tof submit additional amendments, i do not have to kill myself, ok, trying to deal with sections i have not read it and i am too exhausted to deal with right now that i can deal with tomorrow and that is not unreasonable. Unreasonable not to say you are going to be given 2530 pages to read tonight or tomorrow morning and have amendments done by tomorrow morning. But to say that we are not going to start our final section until 3 00 or 4 00 tomorrow afternoon, then it would be at 4 45 that the deadline would be, it would be adequate time.
