During the event, local and international resource speakers will tackle various topics, including Digital Transformation, Cultural Intelligence, People-Centric Leadership, Total Wellness, Public Service Continuity, Data Analytics, Organizational Transformation, HR Transformation, Public Service Values, Learning and Development, and Future-Ready Leaders.

Civil Service Commission The CSC, through its Civil Service Institute (CSI), will begin its 1st Semester CSI Leadership Series on June 25, 2021, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., via Zoom webinar. The theme of the leadership series’ first digital run is “Digital Leadership: Nurturing a Tech-Savvy Culture”. It “will focus on how leaders can maximize all the digital assets and resources available to them, to capacitate their people to optimize productivity and efficiency, and to establish and nurture a tech-savvy culture towards strengthening organizational performance,” the CSI said. The CSC said the one-day learning session has two parts. “The first will cover the guiding principles, general concepts, and global practices of transforming into a Digital Leader to be shared by a leadership guru,” it said.

April 27, 2021 James Kon Over 200 civil servants from various ministries attended a series of Ramadhan talks hosted by Civil Service Institute (IPA) at An-Najah Hall, IPA yesterday. The talk series on ‘Self-leadership in Human Resource Development’ was delivered by Dean of Syariah Faculty at Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) Dr Haji Noralizam bin Haji Aliakbar. The talk focussed on the importance of increasing knowledge and skills to produce professional civil servants based on the aspects of Islam. The talk was also aimed at raising awareness on dynamic leadership in addressing changes in human resources management and strengthening its role in facing the new norm.
