The CSC, through its Civil Service Institute (CSI), will begin its 1st Semester CSI Leadership Series on June 25, 2021, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., via Zoom webinar.
The theme of the leadership series’ first digital run is “Digital Leadership: Nurturing a Tech-Savvy Culture”.
It “will focus on how leaders can maximize all the digital assets and resources available to them, to capacitate their people to optimize productivity and efficiency, and to establish and nurture a tech-savvy culture towards strengthening organizational performance,” the CSI said.
The CSC said the one-day learning session has two parts.
“The first will cover the guiding principles, general concepts, and global practices of transforming into a Digital Leader to be shared by a leadership guru,” it said.
