Waking up with temperatures into the 50s once again, but this time around we might see a peek of sunshine mostly cloudy skies today will turn partly cloudy at times and this will allow for our high temperatures to be slightly warmer than what they were yesterday. The money is designated for storms, Straight Line winds and flooding that happened between august 23rd and 27th. Fema will continue to see if additional designations will be added to this declaration. Within the next hour, the city will allow people who live or work in the evacuation zone from flood 2016 to get back within that area. But the flood evacuation zone wont open for the general public until 7 am tomorrow.
