WHEELING While a Thursday afternoon waterline break near the base of McColloch Street will not affect water service to customers in that section of Wheeling, it did create a bit of a challenge for passing motorists. City of Wheeling Water Department crews were called to the scene shortly after a 12-inch waterline ruptured beneath a section of sidewalk along McColloch Street below a portion of Interstate 70 near the Wheeling Tunnel.
