By Brandon Arbuckle Apr 23, 2021 9:27 PM BELOIT, Wis. The City of Beloit Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a 16-year-old boy with injuries. Officials said the incident happened on the 1700 block of Hemlock Street at around 8 p.m. The public has been asked to avoid the area, as detectives remain at the scene.   Police said the boy arrived at a local hospital following the shooting. Officials were unable to provide an update on the teen’s condition. Those with information on the shooting are encouraged to call the City of Beloit Police Department at 608-757-2244.
