As they sped away to escape, and turned on to broad street, they dropped off one of the women when they returned minutes later to pick her up on broad street, witnesses heard deadly gunfire. We believe the van was struck up to five times. The victims appear to be innocent parties to the shooting. What youre l what youre looking at is wreckage from a midair collision in western slovakia. Two planes carrying dozens of skydivers to an air show that crashed in a heavily Wooded Mountain area. Seven people died and 31 survived. Some survived by deploying parachutes and jumping to safety. Investigators want to know if one or both of the planes were overloaded. A gas explosion during a construction at a new York City High School has seriously injured three workers. Firefighters were still searching the rubble late last night looking for clues. They were part of an elite group that scouts wildfires ahead of the arrival of larger groups of their colleagues. As the fight against the blaze that took their lives continues, theyre being honored as heroes. This morning, a somber procession, more than a dozen fire and Police Vehicles escorting the bodies of three firefighters, 20yearold tom zbyszewski, 26yearold andrew zajac and 31yearold Richard Wheeler dying on the front lines. All killed when their vehicle crashed overtaken by flames in twisp, washington. It hurts deep, but the job goes on. Reporter another firefighter, 25yearold daniel lyon, suffering critical burns.
