We believe the van was struck up to five times. The victims appear to be innocent parties to the shooting. Reporter after she was shot the family van veered out of control crossed a median and crashed. Police arrived within seconds as family members fled the van and the gunman escaped. We dont believe they were a tar g we dont believe it was road rage. We dont believe the occupants had anything to do with anything. I just wish they fine the person and, um, put the guns down.
