Unified parcel tax or city college parcel tax. With the School District there is a Program Available for seniors to be exempted from paying that tax if you live in the property or if you own that property. It depends which ballot measure it is. We encourage seniors to reach out to make sure you apply if you are eligible. That can save you Something Like 2 to 300 annually if not more. That is meaningful for many individuals.
