Blue shield hmo rates for retirees for the 2015 plan year. Okay. Were at item 4 you should have before you the packet that outlines the rates for active early retirees for fluctuation you funded under Blue Cross Blue Shield has discussed in may 8th it was accepted we could use the law of money that was moved to the clayton stabilization as the subsidy for the difference for 2015 so this clearly outlines in the executive summary you to its fully dloelsz im going to move along on the next page page 4 you see four whats going is the the difference are flat year over year and the early retirees are up 4 percent. This actual rate card was approved in the other meeting so it is one hundred 96, 83 theres a specific labor negotiations weve given you this rate card weve got comparisons and i dont have anything else to share but i recommend you approve those rate cards. That because kaiser lowered the rate in the county which we brought to you before went up, what happens is you create a phenomenon that is no longer reality, but it is a calculation called gap dollars where the premium is not as much because of the reduction as what the 10 county says the deal is. All i need to do which does not preclude us from deciding which way to go is to ensure im doing at a piece rate. At the end of the day what that does is zero out the employee and employee plus one. They are paying nothing because of the reduction in the rates compared to how the form formula has been established. I want to share with everybody, if you go to page 15, you can see for year 15, we have two zeroes now under the very first one. See the zeroes. I just wanted to point that out. This has benefited the member base regardless of whatever happens in terms of what algorithm is applied. It has made it very beneficial more specific towards one or the other.
