Hes passed away he is one of the most influential leaders in San Franciscos history. After 60 years, the spiritual leader he stepped away from the church to focus on his family and his health. Williams accepted the position as pastor back in 1963. He grew the congregation to 10,000 people and became a well known activist from issues to rights, homelessness during the a. I. D. S.
