Cecil understood how to make the church work with that group of people working within the church. The School Board Members calling for a thirdparty independent investigation into the district handling of the matter. One of his employees says he put his desk on a roof for punishment. He has been able to get away with that behavior these employees say, because of his close friendship with the superintendent and her husband the former police chief. I was horrified that the superintendent was still refusing to take the board president Antonio Hernandez called for a special meeting on friday to discuss disciplinary action. Three out of the five Board Members declined to meet, prompting hernandez to resign. Calling for an independent investigation. Why does that concern you . Its not an independent investigation. How can we have an independent investigation that an investigation . And happens. And needs to be done by the investigation. She and hernandez have another reason to believe it might not be in the pennant. They have been blocking their efforts to hold the superintendent accountable. Of never been part of an evaluation and it has not been evaluated the entire time ive been on the board. Every time we evaluate the superintendent theres been excuses related to issues that the pandemic. Im not sure why there is a refusal to evaluate. Is concerning for me. We reached out to the other three Board Members but have not heard back we also reached out to her husband for any comment but havent received a response. In the email today she said she looks forward to updating the board on the investigations findings not specifying a timeline, who will be conducting the investigation. Protecting people.
