This is the northernmost beach on the seashore. From skyfox, it is remote and secluded. The shoreline drops in the ocean. It came in as a water rescue. Reporter water rescue rushed in, expecting to save someone in the ocean. Instead, the park ranger, first arrived on the 4yearold victim had already washed ashore. He started cpr. Army as an institution was trying to manage a crisis that its leaders perceived during the war in vietnam, a crisis around race. And as i imagine almost all of you know, the u. S. War in vietnam was the first major conflict that the United States fought from the beginning with an integrated armed force, with a racially integrated armed force. And for much of that war, that process was treated as a great success. And in combat, it almost without exception was.
