RONKONKOMA, NY Chubs Meats, a popular Medford butcher shop, continues to expand across the area. Last January, Chubs Burgers Burritos and Heroes opened in Farmingville, and now Chubs Meats and Catering is coming to Ronkonkoma. Last month, owner Ryan Jones announced on Facebook that he, his wife Christine, and his brother-in-law Thomas Snyder acquired a former pork store that will house the third location of the Chubs brand. We decided to expand the brand. We have taken over the old Ronkonkoma pork store and we couldn t be anymore pumped for this opportunity.
