Northern Kentucky is home to some of the area’s coolest historic houses in all shapes, sizes, and architecture styles and Covington is overflowing with historic treasures. In recent years, locals have restored historic homes and buildings like this condo, originally built in 1897
, and this 1883 Italianate reno. Sales are already pending on these two restored MainStrasse gems which isn’t surprising, given the red-hot housing market but both homes serve as prime examples of modernizing homes with history.
