Freefall of the university and tenered radical book tights, they are claiming Higher Education and liberal, if not radical, factory and middle of the road students misunderstand i am sorry, liberal students are smug and feeling they are on the right and conservative students have to decide if they will voice their outrage or listen to the tirade. And wellfound organizations have been put in place. The academic bill of rights to legally protect students and we have the American Legal Foundation as well. The claire booth policy institute is targeted to women and the Federalist Society or humane studies at George Mason University provide internships for budding conservatives.
During the election as this young preacher from georgia which is dr. Martin luther king jr. Who sort of leads the masses of africanamericans from racial to presentation. So in this notion that a rosa sat and, you know, martin could do this stuff and jesse could run and then barack could fly, all these things, they sound good, but they really simply few a much more complicated history. And that complicated history really involves so many africanamericans, women and men, who proactively dismantled racial segregation including rosa parks. Rosa parks was an activist. She didnt just refuse to give up her seat by accident, it was a concerted, strategic effort to try to transform democratic institutions. Think should be a part of it. I can talk to the principals personally. That help is invaluable. I will tell you i was surprised when we did our first fundraiser. We have raised over 100,000 each year for this. I thought when people would talk about budget cuts and the reasons why we couldnt open the schoolyards, this is true. The use of proceeds i thought would be 100 paying for people to open and close the gates. The majority of the money is going to the ptas, and thats a good thing for them to apply on the weekends to program their school site. Layering an Additional School site is incrementally expensive. A, the funds are there to begin with. But b its not a cost issue, but a principal buyin issue. And i know that principals are talking to other principals. And parents talking. And michael and christine going to the schools is invaluable. Making the principals and the parents feel the buyin.
