Intelligence chiefs wrapped up a security meeting on the london terror attack. We know an 18yearold man is in custody in connection with the underground train blast, and uk police say this is a significant arrest. This morning security has been bumped up around the city, though, the subway station is open again, and the uk Terror Threat still at critical, the highest level, meaning another attack may be imminent.
