Agencies spanning across Columbiana and Mahoning counties, helped the Leetonia Schools celebrate the end of the year with a festival Friday. Some 28 agencies offered services at no cost to those who attended. Ryan O’Donnell, family to school liaison, said he wants to show that Leetonia and the community care about families. O’Donnell said the event was a team effort from the Columbiana County ESC, Superintendent Dennis J. Dunham, school guidance counselors, the principal and other staff.
