Overwhelmed by the news and felt it was a step in the right direction. The family says taylor was 33 and a father who also suffered from Mental Health issues. The d. A. s office says taylor went into a walmart on april 1th, grabbing a bat and a tent before trying to walk out of the store without paying. They say a Security Guard called police and taylor said he would wait for officers to arrive. What happened next was captured on body camera video. Officer Jason Fletcher arrived at the store and encountered taylor. After trying to grab the bat, investigators say the officer used his taser, and that it led taylor to stumble forward. The d.
