Do you believe there is a strategy in place that would do that . I hope there is but we need that strategy translated into action. So you are not seeing it . Not yet. You are not seeing the strategy . Not yet. So far we have not seen any serious action that can quickly defeat isis. Or slowly . Can it work over the long term . It can but once again we are sacrificing more lives and putting many innocent lives at risk by allowing isis to survive for a longer period. Th
