I was listening to some local reports, they were saying this man, the 48yearold victim was leading a prepare service on stage and was shot at point blank range. So we have to believe this is targeted. I would say so. As an investigator thats one of the things im going to think. If somebody goes up and shoots somebody at pointblank range, to me it means they were looking specifically for this guy and the suspect fled the scene in a black subaru.
