Our Correspondent Imphal, July 15 (EMN): The Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), premier medical institute in Imphal, continues to be the only medical college in the entire Northeast to figure amongst the top 50 medical Institutions and colleges of India. RIMS is in the 46th Position in National Institutional Ranking Framework of Human Resource Development (NIRF) ranking 2022, released by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, on Friday. As per latest official reports, the 50-year-old institute has produced a total of 3,560 doctors; 1,968 specialist doctors; 67 clinical psychologists; 282 BSc nursing graduates and 115 dental surgeons.
