Well, today marks one year since the deadly shooting of Hayward Police Sergeant Scott lunger. It happened just after he pulled over a man for driving recklessly. Authorities say the suspect opened fire. The suspect is facing murder charges. Lunger was a 15 Year Police Veteran with two daughters. Police are investigating a hitandrun crash that happened shortly before 2 00 this morning near the intersection of almaden and capital expressway. The two vehicles were badly damaged. One of the drivers ran away and two other people were injured. There were three male occupants inside. All three were transported to the hospital. Reporter do we have conditions on them .
