This morning isis reportedly claimed responsibility for the deadly new years attack at an istanbul club. At least 39 people were killed and another 70 wounded early sunday morning. One of the wounded was an american but most are foreigners. Good morning, annemarie. That new years eve nightclub was jam packed with people. Now, nearly twothirds of the People Killed in the attack were foreigners who were in istanbul to ring in the new year. Jake raak of pennsylvania was shot once. The bullet ricocheted off his cell phone and struck his leg. Chris raak says his its really said with the rest of the world and whats going on with things. We just pray for their families. The family says raak played dead in hopes he would survive. Reporter as victims recover a manhunt as Police Search for the killer. I spoke to two maintenance workers who actually made the discovery. They said from the appearance of that heavy duty belt with wires protruding from it they were absolutely compelled to call police. That call went out to 911 just after 9 00 oclock this morning. Now as a result, Temple School of Engineering Building at 12th and norris was evacuated, and about a dozen classes were halted. Police shut down the area while they investigated to determine exactly what they were dealing with. The bomb squad did detonate that belt and ran tests that determined no trace of explosi explosives. Its a thick, very thick belt of commercial grade possibly military style had some wires coming out of it. So definitely suspicious. We then evacuated the building. Cordoned off the area, Philadelphia Police came the many bomb squad came as well. Odds are it might have been a project left over from last semester much they all kind of look like they have wires coming out and mechanical things and whatnot. Rep

Wind continue to whip, within my vision i see a couple streetlights and those are out , we will likely continue to see problems with Power Outages, streetlights being down, and potentially trees being down as well. There is a concern as we have this coastal looked warning in effect that has been extended now until 11 00 oclock tomorrow morning, concern for more flooding, widespread moderate to major in some areas, again, tomorrow morning with the high tide that will occur at our shore points around 5 00 and 6 00 in the morning. Were not out of the woods again, improvement as far as rain tall but still a concern for that coastal flooding.
