Well, for the last 4 years, bicyclists and pedestrians that have been able to cross over the upper deck of the richmond, sandra fell bridge basically 24 7. But later this spring, that arrangement could see a change. The metropolitan Transportation Commission says that in may, they along with caltrans, will make a recommendation to the San Francisco bay conservation and Development Commission or bcdc.
