Tuesday was Jason Ridpath s first Fourth of July without his late wife, Frances "Fancy" Reedy, but he said he was determined to keep the tradition going.
Members of the county human services and the land and resource departments presented their annual reports to the Otter Tail County Board during their regular meeting on March 28.
Rod Boyer, retiring member of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission, received a standing ovation on Feb. 14 as members of the County Board presented him with a plaque for his years of service.
