Even under these difficulty situations they worked to help to insure a successful out come. Unfortunately he and his family were unable to join us today. But that is not going stop us from celebrating the fine work of this City Employee and the job that she did to save the lives here in our city. So, we are very grateful for the mayor and Supervisors Office for giving us the support. As you know, lawsuits can mean for a business that they have to close down if they dont have the cash to defend themselves hiring a lawyer. So, this past year alone, a lot of the Small Businesses actually have to move out of the city because of people doing driveby lawsuits. Here at the good will industry we are very grateful and one of our mission is to help people to create Job Opportunities for people who come here and work. So, one of the things that we care for is creating jobs in the city and preserving jobs in the city. So, last year we were able to have about 7,000 people just to come by and to shop for us and to provide Job Opportunities and training opportunities throughout our missions and our [speaker not understood].
