So im filing cloture on judge kavanaughs nomination this evening so the process can move forward. The Senate Stands adjourned until 11 00 a. M. Tomorrow. Thats all senate talk, of course. It means the key procedural vote on kavanaugh can begin one hour after the senate convenes friday. It means we can have a full and final senate vote by this weekend. Before that members of the Senate Judiciary committee will get their first look at the fbis new Background Investigation into Brett Kavanaugh.
