Parents in Castro Valley are criticizing school administrators for delaying an investigation amid signs of improper behavior by a high school music teacher charged with sexually abusing a student.
To the editor: There have been lots of opinions and editorials and articles on the ore trucks traveling in both directions between Manh Cho and Fort Knox.
It is believed that music teacher Keita Hasegawa has known the victim since she was an 11-year-old middle school student, and police say the sexual abuse started when she was 13.
To the editor: Tonight (Wednesday, Aug. 2) at approximately 8:30 p.m. I was watching TV and contemplating how lucky we are in our subdivision to be smoke-free for a little
