Youre looking at winds gusting to 54 Miles Per Hour right now in the Oakland Hills, 36 in fairfield, 30 in napa and 26 Miles Per Hour in livermore. Red flag warnings are up above 1,000 feet across the bay area. We are seeing some very dry northeasterly winds with strong gusty winds and the humidity levels are very, very dry.
