Florida will be selling drivers license personal identification information to marketers is not only unconscionable but it may well be that it is illegal under a federal law that was passed in 1994. Thats what the state is doing. Our investigation reveals the state over the last two years by providing the personal information contained in the drivers license records to companies that can then profit from them. Some of the same companies have been banned from buying the data after reselling it to the marketing temperatures.
