Both drivers were killed, as i mentioned. We know the driver of the honda civic was a 35yearold man from american canyon. The suv caught fire on impact. The body of the wrongway driver is so badly disfigured, chp and fire they cant tell if that person was a man or a woman. What do you suspect was going on with the wrongway driver . Its hard to say. Wrongway drivers are typically caused by impairment. It can sometimes be confusion, but based on the time of day, it could have been anything right now.
