From The Tribune staff reports Several local students were recently recognized for their academic success this past semester at both Jacksonville State University and the University of Montevallo. Six Trussville scholars were included on Montevallo’s President’s List for the 2020 fall semester. The honor was given to full-time students who achieved at least at 3.8 grade point average. Those Trussville recipients include Taylor Lipford, Abigail O’Neal, Emilly Williams, Logan McCracken, Aphinee Burns and Kourtney Clay.
