Rioting erupts in milwaukee, wisconsin. In the past few hours following an officer involved shooting there are reports that crowds gathered after police shot an armed suspect during a foot chase. Its not clear if that suspect pointed a gun at officers. Violence erupted after a standoff between police and dozens of demonstrators. The protest iters allegedly protesters lit fires and smashed windows and police are hearing gunshots. According to police, one officer was hit in the head with a brick. They tell us the 2yearold twins, a boy and girl, are being treated here and in very serious conditions condition and it sounds like progress because firefighters tell us when they got here they were still doing c pr on the twins, not breathing on their own at that point. It happened sometime around 11 00 in the morning. Police say both parents were home at the time, but at some point the toddlers got out of the home, into their backyard and into the hot tub thation around it. We heard it once, weve heard it hundreds of times. It only takes a few siksdz of in it in attention. Toddlers are very very mobile and they will find a way out into the yard. Are seeing a huge uptick in the amount of credit card skimmers abdomen the state. This bundle of cables and wires may not look like much to the untrained eye, but these are being used to steal your money when you fill up at the pump. Crooks are very ingenious they make modern technology and make it work for their benefit. Hes the director of the department of agricultural, which services division. So far this year, the department has found 40 credit card skimmers all over the state. Just this month, they found 12. To put this problem into perspective, killian says they only found a total of 11 skimmers in all of last year. Our biggest challenge is just trying to stay ahead of the crooks, and its very difficult because they change technology as fast as we figure out what theyre doing.
