Things are back to normal were learning more about the man who was running down the street with a knife in his hand. He ran here and tried to go over you can see that the fire trucks were along the i10 and that latter was there trying to get the man to get into the ladder and bring him down safely. They were able to do that but it took them several hours causing traffic. This is what im being told. That suspect is expected to knife.
