Critical fire weather conditions and we are watching the winds take that turn out of the north and northeast. It is very dry air with that onshore flow. Red flag warnings are in effect for the north bay. Until 8 00 on wednesday, we are looking at low relative humidity values for the north bay mountains from 5 00 until 11 00 because of the possibility of downed trees and power lines and wind gusts up to 15 miles an hour in the north bay mountains. Were looking at mid 80s in San Francisco and low 90s in oakland and mid 90s in san jose and dealing with triple digit heat in concord. 103 for a high in concord and because of the extreme heat, still for inland locations, concord is opening up a cooling center at the Concord Senior Center from 1 00 until 6 00, to give some relief to people, so go out there if you need some safety from these hot temperatures.
