Capital City Fire Rescue Assistant Chief Ed Quinto Photo courtesy of the City and Borough of Juneau Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - As part of Public Service Recognition Week, the City and Borough of Juneau and Capital City Fire Rescue is honoring Assistant Fire Chief Ed Quinto.
Chief Quinto will mark 41 years of service on July 21 of this year.
Fire Chief Rich Etheridge said on Action Line that Chief Quinto has been an outstanding member of the department for a long time. I was in the eighth grade when he joined the fire department. I like rubbing that in whenever I can. He s really plugged into the community and we re really fortunate to have his years of experience and connections within the community.
