School will begin on Monday but acting chief education officer Joy Adamson said not all students were supposed to return.
Following a tour of schools this morning, Adamson spoke about how schools would be operating this week.
“On Monday not every student is to turn up, only class three and four at primary school. Different schools have different start times so we want every student to be on time,” she said.
Adamson was touring with Minister of Education Santia Bradshaw, permanent secretary Betty Alleyne, deputy chief education officer Glyne Price and director Francisco Miller. She was speaking at St George Primary School, the last stop.
