嘉義縣中埔鄉和睦村，昨晚8點多有民眾發現有人在路邊放置塑膠袋，懷疑是爆裂物，甚至傳出是炸彈而報警，警方不敢大意，由防爆小組嘉義隊到場，先以水炮引爆，從殘骸確認裡面有行動電源、華為無線網卡，研判是電子追蹤器，並非爆裂物。昨晚民眾發現，有2名男子搭計程車到和睦村和睦農場附近，丟棄塑膠袋，民眾以為是炸彈而報警。
