Officers with a metal rake and refused commands to put it down. It happened on chase street. We went to santa cruz and spoke to concerned neighbors who say the suspect was mentally unstable. Reporter people who live in this quiet neighborhood in my santa cruz say they are surprised to hear of a deadly shooting, let alone one where an officer pulled a trigger. Any death is a tragedy.
