Midlothian High School is set to have its prom at the Hippodrome in Richmond Saturday night, but not all juniors and seniors will be able to attend, according to some families.
"Participating schools are located in areas where 50% of students qualify for free or reduced-price meals," a Chesterfield Schools spokesperson shared in an email about the program.
