The Chester County man who unwittingly set in motion the prison escape of Danelo Cavalcante pleaded guilty to charges that he fled the facility three months prior.
According to an arrest affidavit filed by Chester County Detective Keith Cowdright, Bolte’s escape occurred around 6:20 a.m. May 19. By 6:25 a.m., Bolte had been taken back into custody by prison staff.
The man was found guilty of rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, endangering the welfare of children, and corruption of minors.
