Chester County man whose escape was copied by killer Cavalcante, enters guilty plea

According to an arrest affidavit filed by Chester County Detective Keith Cowdright, Bolte’s escape occurred around 6:20 a.m. May 19. By 6:25 a.m., Bolte had been taken back into custody by prison staff.
