According to a report by reporting by WIVB, one man was killed and another was wounded in the shooting that happened around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday night. The two men were in a vehicle when shots rang out killing a 33-year-old man. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medical professionals. The second victim, a 26-year-old man was grazed in the shooting. He was treated by paramedics at the scene and released.

Police say somebody drove the man to Erie County Medical Center just after 10 o clock Saturday morning. Detectives say the attack may have taken place in the 200 block of Chelsea Place. That s between Northland Avenue and East Delavan Avenue. The 45 year old victim is in stable condition. Police have not said who he is.
